Program Director

Monday - Friday 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.  Full time with benefits package. 

Engage and inspire young people ages 6 - 18 to learn and grow to be responsible adults.

Responsible for overseeing the core programs of the Club, while ensuring the program staff are planning, developing and implementing activities that support the organization's standards.

 

Must monitor and evaluate situations quickly while using good judgment to assess, evaluate and make decisions. Create a clean safe environment for children and adults within the program space. Communicate with parents regarding behavior and events. This position will supervise the staff, volunteers and be responsible for other tasks as assigned by Club Director.

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required. Minimum of 2 years experience working with youth in a development setting. Email resume to: sherryls@bgcnassauclubs.org

Front Office Assistant

Monday - Friday 5 - 6 hours each day

 

Provide regular clerical and administrative support to Club Director and staff.

​

Prepares correspondence and reports, maintains club members' database and statistical information, maintains schedules and calendars and telephone and maintains electronic and hard copy files. Collects membership dues and maintains master schedule of club activities and events.

​

Must be able to share information to staff, volunteers, members and families as instructed. High school diploma or GED required. One year minimum secretarial experience. Good verbal communication and customer relation skills. Good organization and attention to detail. Able to maintain strict confidentiality. Youth Development Specialist - Sports

Monday - Friday 5 - 6 hours each day

 

BGC Nassau is currently seeking energetic, organized and compassionate individuals who are interested in delivering fun, safe, recreational and educational programs to youth ages  6 - 18 years old.

​

Job duties for these positions include but are not limited to: supervision of children, planning and  implementation of our core program areas which include homework assistance.
